A Messiah At The End Of Time, an American retitling of The Transformation Of Miss Mavis Ming (1977), is also an expansion of the 1976 novella ‘Constant Fire’, and a supplementary volume to what is probably Moorcock’s best-loved trilogy, ‘The Dancers At The End Of Time’. It was collected (as Messiah…) in Tales From The End Of Time (1989) with the Legends From The End Of Time collection, and later appeared (revised and title-reverted as Constant Fire) in the Legends From The End Of Time omnibus (1993) and Behold The Man And Other Stories (1994) as well as a 2014 expanded edition of the Legends… omnibus this time called (but not to be confused with the original) Tales From The End Of Time (q.v.).
