Michael Moorcock’s Multiverse is an original graphic novel, although it might also be viewed as three novels combined, ultimately weaving its separate narrative strands (each illustrated by a different artist) into one cohesive whole. It was first serialised in twelve parts (1997/’98) see below before being published as a single-volume omnibus. The script of one of the three strands (Duke Elric, textual form) was later collected in the Duke Elric omnibus (2009).

Serialisation preview, August 1997, 8 pages, comprising 5 of black-&-white extracts.

Serialisation by Michael Moorcock (scripts), Walter Simonson (‘Moonbeams And Roses’), Mark Reeve (‘The Metatemporal Detective’) & John Ridgway (‘Duke Elric’); $2·50; 36 pages (including letters pages, unconnected advertisements, etc.); covers by Simonson.
